HOW TO COOK IT:
IN 15 minutes
Take a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add 40g of Fish Kulambu Masala and sauté for a few seconds.
Pour in 400 ml of water and salt, bring to a boil Add the 1 kg of Fish mix well.
Cook for 5-6 minutes, your tasty Fish Kulambu is ready.
INGRIDENTS:
Coriander, Tamarind, Dry Chilly, Curry Leave, Bengal Gram Dal, Thoor Dal, Mustard Seed Pepper, Curmin Seed, Fenugreek, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Asafetida.
