How to Request a Return

If you need to return an item, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Get in Touch
    Email our support team at theaneeagri@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

  2. Receive Authorization
    We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the item back.

  3. Prepare Your Package
    Repack the item securely and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship It Back
    You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure it reaches us safely.

 

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within [Insert Number] business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow a few extra days for your payment provider to reflect the credit.

Items Not Eligible for Return
