HOW TO COOK IT:
IN 15 MINS
Prepare the Marinade
is a bowl, add 70g of Fish Fry Masais
Adit required water
Add curd or lemon jace as per taste
Mix well to form a smooth paste
Marinate the Fish
Apply the prepared masala paste evenly on 1 kg cleaned fish pieces Let it rest for 30 minutes to absorb the flavors
Fry the Fish
Heat oil in a pen
Gently place the marinated
fish pieces in hot oil
Fry on medium heat until crispy and golden brown on both sides
Serve Hat
Drain excess oil and serve hot with rice or as a starter
