INGRIDENTS:

Dry Chilly, Pottu Kadalai, Dry Onion, Cinnamon, Clove Coriander, Cumin seeds Fennel, Garlic Powder, Kasakasa, Sukku, Black Pepper, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Dry Tomato, Cashew,Coconut Copra Curry Leaves, Dry Onion, Dry Coriander Leave,Curry Leaves.

Cooking steps:

Cook the Mutton:

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add mastard seeds and let them splutter. Add 1 kg of mutton and ½ liter of water. Cook until the mutton is 90% done.

Add the Masala:

Add 100g of Mutton Gravy Masala to the cooked mutton. Mix well.

Final Cooking Cook for another 5 to 8 minutes until the gravy thickens.
