HOW TO COOK IT:
In 15 mins
Cook the Vegetables: Take 1/2 kg of Vegetables, add water and salt to taste. Pressure cook or boil until 70% cooked.
Prepare the Masala Base In a separate pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add 40g of Vegetable Kuruma Masala and saute for a few seconds.
Combine & Cook Pour in 400 ml of water, bring to a boil. Add the cooked vegetables, mix well. Cook for 5-6 minutes, your tasty kuruma is ready.
